International Learning Center (ILC) explains here how we handle information relating to enquiries, consultations and our educational services. This policy covers ilcofficial.com, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and communications by email, telephone and WhatsApp.

Depending on your enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, country or city, and the details you choose to provide about a student’s school, class, qualification pathway, subjects or learning needs. Consultation requests may also include a preferred date, time and questions. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry and avoid sending identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information through advertising lead forms.
Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads
When you submit an ILC lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta makes the information you submit available to ILC. We use it to respond to your request, explain relevant programmes and subjects, arrange a consultation, and follow up on your enquiry. Submitting a lead form does not confirm admission or book an appointment. Meta also handles information under its own Privacy Policy.

Website forms and WhatsApp
The consultation page lets you review your request and prepare a WhatsApp message. The message reaches ILC when you choose to send it in WhatsApp; reviewing a request on the website alone does not confirm a booking. Information sent through WhatsApp is also processed under WhatsApp’s own terms and Privacy Policy. Information submitted through other enquiry forms or channels is handled for the purposes described in this policy.
Cookies and Meta Pixel
Our website uses Meta Pixel to record page visits and help measure advertising performance. Meta may receive information such as the page URL, browser and device information, IP address and cookie identifiers. Meta and other third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to provide measurement services and personalise advertising under their own policies. The website’s installed base Pixel code records PageView events; it does not deliberately include consultation-form answers in those events.

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, service relationship, relevant follow-up or applicable recordkeeping requirements. You may contact us to request deletion. We aim to limit access and use appropriate safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Students and parents
Our services include education for students who may be under 18. Parents or guardians should submit enquiries and provide permission before sharing a child’s information. Advertising lead forms are intended for adults, including parents and guardians. If you believe a child’s information has been provided without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.
